Has Anyone Successfully Quit Smoking Cigarettes After Smoking For A Long Time?
I am 26 and have been smoking since I was 13. I have periods where I quit for a few months and even once I quit for 2 years. I want to quit for good. I’d like to hear from anyone who used to smoke for a long time and is now quit and what their secrets are. I would appreciate it very much!
